Important Information regarding COVID-19

Nicholas Rémillard

President,

International Economic Forum of the Americas

As we get closer to the event, the IEFA’s team continue to monitor and assess the potential impact of the COVID-19 on WSF 2020 in Miami and will adapt plans accordingly.

We will proceed as planned and as of today, there are no plans to cancel, postpone move or scale down the event.

The health and safety of our attendees, sponsors and staff are of paramount concern to us and we will continue to follow the recommendations of the experts respecting issues on public health. In addition to regular health and safety procedures, additional measures will be implemented onsite.

We are in communication with the City of Coral Gables and the Miami Dade County, who are actively working with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and monitoring the development of COVID-19. All measures up to this point are precautionary and educational in nature as there currently is no threat to Coral Gables residents or the residents of Miami Dade County.

We look forward to welcoming you all to the 10th edition of the World Strategic Forum on April 6-7, 2020 in Miami.
